More on mandates
New york mayor says they should take away the people's paychecks for them to get the vaccine.
They will have better judgment to get the vaccines if we take everything away from the unvaccinated lol.
All this crazy needs to end Canada was hit hard by this kind of nonsense. We didn't force you ,you had a choice to walk away from your career.
Anyway new york mayor says the government should push more and take away their pay.

"What's the big deal" the unelected New York governor said about Vax mandates.

It's not quite as dire a situation as the anti-vaxxers would portray. Proof of immunization is an option for all retail, including grocery stores, if they do not wish to enforce distancing. No anti-vaxxers are going to starve.

An option allowing stores that sell groceries to ask patrons 12 and over for proof of vaccination, instead of implementing distancing requirements, is being removed from the province’s mandatory order.
The original intention was to give stores a choice, and that those choosing the proof-of-vaccination option would offer delivery or curbside pickup; it was never the intention for anyone to believe they could not access groceries.
Other retail operations that do not sell groceries, along with salons and spas, can continue to ask for proof of vaccination or ensure distancing.

Not sure why we (and others) are having a religious war over vaccines. This is no longer about science.
Vaxes no longer protect from transmission, only from the severity of illness.
That is the science we are being presented with, whether you like or not.
Or do we only follow the science when the science follows the narrative???
Why would a vax'd person care about an unvaxed person's status??? Other than that they are a "Karen"???
Covid is endemic now. We are all going to get it. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe next week. Maybe next year.
Keep reading that line until it sinks in...
Got it now? YOU ARE GOING TO GET COVID!!!!!
Now the good news.
Odds are pretty good that you've already had a cold, flu, or a reaction to a covid vaccine that is worse than the covid you are going to exerience.
Now keep reading that line until you are no longer afraid.
It's up to each person to make sure they are as best prepared for it as they can be.
If you think that a vaccination will make it better for you when they happens, then go get vax'd.
But FFS quit trying to make everyone else's decision for them.
I'm signed up for booster #1 on Jan 2. If it's anything like my second shot, I didn't want to screw up my Christmas with it.

Has too much time on their hands
For all the trolls who #%@&@# post frequently..here is how you have a reasonable opinion and respectful point.
It is about choice, and what is right for you - without threats, coercion or intimidation and no requirement to mandate.

Werner,
I was offered the booster yesterday just picking up a prescription. I was not asked any questions.
But basically from what I saw recently the authorities were saying a 6 month gap between your last vaccination and the booster.
Now they have changed that to 3 months.
I only got my 2nd shot in October so in reality would only be eligible in January at the earliest.
I am not to sure if they would just have gone ahead and given me this shot or not.
Personally I am going to take my Doctor up on her offer for a antibody count test in the next month or so and go from there.
If I have a high antibody count and providing she agrees I might just skip the booster. I think its worth the $30.00 to get the count.
