It used to take 4-5 yrs to normally bring a vaccine to approval, through many years of trials, etc. Since Pfizer decided the world population will be used to trail this vaccine, that meme is actually pretty close to reality.

Boosters every 6 months until they get enough data to finally get approval for it's use outside a 'health emergency'.
