Biden Admin Suspends Vaccine Mandate

Seeme the US courts are working quicker to uncover the legality of mandates...Canada will eventually catch up...the PMO was already informed it was coming.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is abiding by a court order and suspending enforcement of the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate on large private businesses.

In a statement shared to OSHA's website, the agency said, "The court ordered that OSHA 'take no steps to implement or enforce' the [Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS)] ‘until further court order.’"

Sorry to hear they are enforcing an illegal mandate on you.
Don't give up just yet and never, ever quit your job. Let them dismiss you. Then the cards are in your hands.

By Jan they will be requiring boosters to be 'Verified' so you'll be on waivers for at least 5 months while the double vaxxers get that shot.

Also ..the original vaccine will long since deteriorated and we'll be like Isreal with 60% of the fully vaccinated at home fighting off the virus..they wouldn't be able to enforce mandates. HaHa..

My boss says it's the general contractors requiring vaccination to be on their job sites by then.

I told him that's fine, No problem. I don't think that was the response he was going to get from me by the way he reacted when I said it.

I think the same thing Mike. I can't see it actually happening, But if it does it might be a blessing as I'm sick of working in the GTA anyways.

That stinks sorry to hear that. I've been thinking the same thing. I want to head to a lake the better half wants a river build something small.

My boss knows I'll leave I was bugging him in the spring about just leaving and heading it north lol.

sounds like you are a contractor / skilled trades.... perhaps you go off on your own..youd be surprised how many people cant frame a wall, build a deck, put in new windows, and will pay huge $$ for it.. it might be a blessing in disguise.... OR your boss might realize hes screwed without a few of his key guys and is just trying to play chicken with you...
regardless I applaud you for standing up for what you beleive in and against medical tyranny
