Common sense finally kicks in...they were going to fire 22,000 medical professions who opted NOT be vaccinated. (one has to ask why so many people in the know didn't opt to be jabbed, but that is another story)

This turn of events has to be the most bizarre thing to happen during the Pandemic. With 85% fully vaccinated in society, hitting initial herd immunity goals, they are willing to fire people from their jobs for non-compliance over the ridiculous demands to achieve 100% vaccination.

They will never stop this virus..just as we hit our goals , we find out that 30% of fully vaccinated people are showing up at hospitals with Covid...God only knows how many others would be testing positive but haven't shown up at the hospital.

What do with do with them ??...they can't be allowed to work or travel...how do we weed the fully vaccinated that would test positive for the virus? Wolves in sheep clothing lurking amongst us with a Carte Blanche 'Passport !!

Oh wait, ..Rapid testing of every employee 3 times a week and then sent those that test positive home, regardless if they have been vaccinated or not. Stop the spread, like in the old days when people with the Flu used to stay home till they got better.

Lunacy: forcing a vaccine on people that doesn't stop the spread of the virus..

At least the Que minister flinched !!

'Risk is too high': Quebec delays vaccine mandate for health workers by one month

Health-care workers will now have until Nov. 15 to get fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or risk being suspended without pay, Dubé said Wednesday.

More than 22,000 employees in the province's public health-care system are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, Dubé said. And while the government was considering allowing workers with one dose to continue on the job, that would still force about 14,000 people out of the network, he added.

Suspending that many employees from an already fragile system would have been "irresponsible," Dubé told reporters in Montreal, adding that following through on the threat would have put unsustainable pressure on the workers who remained.

"The risk is too high," he said.

His decision came quick just the day before he stated he would not budge on the deadline.
The people have spoken supposedly there are thousands that still refused it and are protesting against it.

From Health Ontario:

By their count, over 10,500 Covid positive cases are in the fully vaccinated group. As the vaccine wears off that number will keep climbing.

Since the COVID-19 vaccination program began on December 14, 2020 and up to October 3,
2021, a total of 11,277,537 individuals in Ontario received at least one dose of vaccine including
10,613,155 individuals who are fully vaccinated. Of these individuals, 10,569 became
breakthrough (i.e. fully vaccinated) cases. Nine became cases following a third dose (Table 1).
