His 'reason' for calling the election:

Now that some Canadians have told him what they think.....

"But Canadians, the vast majority of Canadians, are not represented by them, and I know will not allow those voices, those special interest groups, those protesters -- I don't even want to call them protesters, those anti-vaxxer mobs -- to dictate how this country gets through this pandemic."

I had a friend here last night fully vaccinated and said it was a mistake . He jumped the gun before he knew what was really happening. He doesn't want the boosters to keep his job his career. He doesn't want to be forced into mandatory shots. He his fully vaccinated and now awake to what's happening. He is looking at the UK and Israel and sees what's happening with the rest of the world.

By the way Israel is already planning for its it's 4th shot.

Canada could see wave of 15,000 cases a day by October if vaccination rates don’t increase: New modelling

Saw that headline this morning....with almost 80% of the public vaccinated, estimated 25 % of the unvaccinated have immune as they have recovered from Covid...just where in the heck are these people coming from to get 12,000 'positive' cases a day.

There are less than 7 million across the entire country that haven't been vaccinated, 4 million of those are kids under 12.

Before the vaccine existed, the total 'positive case' rate was about 4% of the population (1.5 million cases in a population of 38 million is 3.9% ).

Using that stat..if 4 % of the remaining unvaccinated..including the kids.. were all be infected with the virus that would only be 280,000 people across the entire country....or .7% of the population...

They are really inflating the numbers to try and instill fear that more people need to be vaccinated. Even though we're almost 80% vaccinated already...the original goal for Herd Immunity.


In short 3/4 of the population is vaccinated...how can a 4th wave be worse than the first 3 waves ???
Unless they know there is something wrong with the vaccine.

There are demanding, for some reason. that the entire 100 % vaccinated...I'd like to know the real reason.

Because it has NOTHING to do with public safety.

I'm double vax'd. But I am 100% against mandatory vax. Still not sure if getting vax'd was the right thing, but it allows me to travel for work. I wouldn't lose my job directly if I wasn't vax'd but I'd be far less valuable to my company, and in small companies that is a consideration. 'mandatory' anything is bad in a 'free' country.

I am not an anti-vaxer - but I am definitely an anti-mandatory-vaxer. Just as I disagree with the anti-gun coalitions position on firearms, I support their right to speak out. Because if they lose that right, I lose mine. The two positions are not contradictory.

I would suspect, from the placards been hoisted at these protests for the Village Idiot, that is the case with many of the people. Getting the vaccine shot is a 'choice' it's our right. Refusing to take a vaccine is also our right protected under the constitution.
