Hard time finding the true costs, the Liberals as so ashamed they won't release the numbers. The only ones I found was for the PR stunt the Village Idiot did last January for those early doses:

Health Canada told CTV News that Canada received 695,275 doses from both Moderna and Pfizer in January. On a per-dose basis that would mean the Canadian government would have paid roughly $34.51 per dose.
But from looking at what other countries spent (who released their info) , normally it ranges about $25 to $30 per dose.

At the low end; $25 per shot that is $3.75 Billion
At the top end; $30 = $4.5 Billion.

Canada should NOT have bought not more than 80 million ( Can pop at 38 million x 2 (shots) + plus spoilage ) doses for a cost of around $2 Billion..and with vaccine hesitancy estimates, we would still have lots of surplus.
