If you want to use sprays in your garden that are organic and many can be used up to the day of harvest try looking what is offered by Gardens Alive - I use their sprays for my garden and find them good to keep disease and bugs at check - I grow many cabbage type vegetables and use Pyola to kill the cabbage worms

Pyrethrum is the active ingredient. Yes it comes from flowers (Organic) but is not harmless to humans. Due a little research and use with care. Pyrethrum products are available at your local hardware store in Ontario
