Cheap Chinese crap....if he's selling it as-is, probably needs something fixed in the power train. Cost more than buying a newer piece of crap.
Like those ATVs they sold at CT for a while.

I didn't even look at the make, sorry about that. If I had noticed it was Chinese Junk I not have even posted it.
My opinion it is now worth 500 - 1000 Tops. Probably 500.00
