So why not wait for the investigation to come out.

How old is your daughter? Has she experienced something like this? I went to school with a girl in University who, while in sweat pants and a hoodie, was studying in a common area, looked up and there was a guy perched on a wall watching her and masturbating. She would not go out of the buildings alone for the rest of the year, changed her quite a bit, messed her up for a little while, not insignificant and you cannot judge unless you were there.

This BS has to be stopped cold in it's tracks.
X2-having a statue of limitations actually encourages coming forward with an issue, and false accusations should be dealt with promptly .

Am pretty sure indecent exposure was a criminal offense 40 years ago. At least it was when I was a kid. And while it might have been thought of a harmless, and boys being boys to a degree. It certainly wasn’t a socially acceptable norm, like different bars for gents and ladies and the other thread.

I haven’t seen anything about this. Assume it’s not Vance. Flashing people 3 decades ago was wrong. Then and now.

The question is, is it the kind of thing that warrants ruining someone’s life today.

Me, I don’t “think” so, not if it was a simple flash 30 years ago. Raise your hand if you’ve mooned someone. ...But details are scarce. And this is a new era, where cancel culture is very real.

This trend and similar trends, mostly effecting ones they are to be"x-ed'or "put aside"for whatever "mighty"reasons- slowly becoming a whip-stay in the line, and no harm shall happen to you .

With some exceptions, where there is no Political gain from x-ing someone,-or where someone doing same or similar conduct(and gets away with it)-this is the message we are seeing.

I have a problem when someone waits 32 years to accuse someone of doing something to them - heck what's to stop someone of just accusing you of something 50 years ago and it ain't true - women need to speak up if something happened and right away - not wait - and the issue needs to be addressed right away - it is getting so that guys need to be very careful around women because they can falsely accuse you of something just to get even and people are so in a hurry to believe them - the moral to this story is don't do something stupid that you will regret years later - live a good, clean and moral life
