I wasn't sure what to do with it so I googled it up, it is high in vitamin D as well as other stuff and it is supposed to kill viruses. It might be the cure for CV 19. LOL I'm kinda glad we stopped to pick it. No side effects as long as your not on medication. Maybe we should all be chuggin the chaga instead of the kool aid.

From what I understand for chaga to have it's medicinal properties it needs to be harvested off live trees and also in the winter when the tree is dormant.

Thanks I'll look it up, I was wondering about ripeness. If it's not edible I've got a huge birch tree here I'll try to grow it on.
