ROFLMAO.
Gilroy you are so poorly informed it's ridicules.
Gadhafi ended slavery when he came to power and when he was murdered by the Clinton regime, human trafficking started back up literally within weeks of his death. Canadaman is right on the button, you should educate yourself a little better.

First, even one event of lynching is tragic. Don't you agree?
Second, do you think there has been at least one or more case of lynching in the USA since 1981? Or do we need to start pasting links to articles (that would imply you are in denial of this)?

What I could understand from this mans show is that he is extremely upset that the justice system got it wrong. Of course it is his opinion, and he will find any evidence to support his argument. I do see some narrative twisting to make it work, but that’s my opinion.
I looked up the definition of 2nd and 3rd degree murder in Minnesota. Here are the links:
https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.19
https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.195
From what I’ve read I think that the jury got it right. I am curious to why there is such a defence on here from some for this conviction. The jury was tasked with a job, which they performed. Just because you are unhappy with the verdict does not in anyway mean the jurors are wrong. The situation is polarized and many have an opinion, but to question this as a kangaroo court would imply the jurors got it wrong and the system is corrupt. If this is the case then what about all the other cases and verdicts that went the other way? Are they too corrupt and wrong? Perhaps the system is muddy and in need of clarity? Maybe there are too many bad apple officers that need to be laid off? There does appear to be an undeniable pattern doesn’t there?

I agree any lynching is tragic, I am saying the last one occurred in the USA in 1981 as there was documentary on it on the weekend, the mother of the victim sued the Klan for 10 million and got 7 million.
If there has been more documented lynching's in the USA since 1981 I would like to have a link to them. Thanks.

Well, if I have time, I guess I can do the same thing you can do and research it ... not sure I need to spoon feed you Gil. Why don't you go and have a look ... and yeah it seems that EVERYTHING is being blamed on suicide by the opposite forces ... that is pretty sad to me.
This case I believe proves that the threat is there ...
