I agree, all the dots haven't been connected. I think HUGE business may be in on it (like Google, Amazon, Facebook, etc) ... they may be the means to enable it to happen, and profit from it. But I'd say mid to small business ... not sure how they would give up everything ... they won't. Also, I don't see how big mining companies like Vale and Glencore are into this (as an example of some larger businesses too).
Perhaps the plot is to take over enough ... then the rest follows suit?

The government and air Canada both say it's a win but who will it help ? Will it help the taxpayers out or do we just get burned anyway?

I can tell you, it doesn't help WestJet ... this is what they claim is unfair, especially with Air Canada's low cost company Rouge ... government is basically funding them to be cheap, which puts the other guys out of business.

Apparently that is illegal...they Government can't loan money to a company it has ownership in..huge conflict of interest.

Just over a minute in.
The tax payers get a deal because it's a loan the government gets a good deal because it gets 500 million in shares or 6 % of the company. ? Is that a bonus later for the taxpayers or the government ??

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?
