the problem is, they are mostly designed for non-hearing impaired people and use standard ear size. I'll have to look for the wide option if there are any.

Did you try them without the hearing aid....they basically work the same and may enhance the sound enough.

Yeah I did, it has lower amplification than my hearing aid. My hearing aid boost the sound by about 35-40db for my right ear for speech level which is between 20db-40db. considering I'm at 75db hearing loss, I need a lot.
