    Not preaching to you my friend but eliminating sugar can go a long way in reducing belly fat. Lots of it in chocolate milk.
    If you have a sweet tooth try eating a very small amount of dark chocolates. Eliminate the rest. Your body will love you for it.

    Back when the fiancé was diagnosed, we did a lot of research. Her sister being a nutritionist didn’t hurt. We have drastically changed our diet. Some by choice, some not.

    Have virtually cut out all sugar we can. The only raw sugar we have in the house is for the odd recipe. I feel bad for company when they want tea or coffee.
