They were never planned to be followed...just implement the Great Reset - using fear to control the population.

I missed this last week; I worked for Dave Redman back when I was with DND. Very bright officer, one of the good ones.
My wife was seconded as a nurse to the FED EMO dept for a year to help clean up the warehouses of things like expired PPE. They were actually right on this and were diligent in ensuring that the kit was ready for assistance in the case of a surge capacity.
Thanks for posting, haven't seen Dave in years.
