This doctor Tam is in violation of her Hippocratic Oath - "First, Do No Harm".
Millions are needlessly suffering due to the lockdowns. Mental health, lack of and delay in treatments, substance abuse, suicides.....etc.

    A crime against humanity.

Lol, Terry. Well at least the right then might appear to want better rather than settling for mediocracy, failures and ribbons for participating

Don't know about Tam earlier, but imo, she's been a disaster from the beginning. Don't wear mask, yes mask. Airports and xenophobia, etc. Now this. Which if I could talk to her personally, be lucky enough to be a reporter that gets to ask hard questions. I might ask her and JT, if your so afraid of 3rd waves being so much worse. Why did you screw up on vaccines

Does one blame Tam or does one blame Trudope for the vaccine fiasco? Or do you blame the pharmaceutical companies for failure to deliver on their promises? Every aspect of this covid thing has been a roller coaster ride from day one. And I even have a hard time blaming politicians when it comes to closures or no closures as you look around the globe everyone is doing their own thing simply because clearly, no one knows what the right answers are.

We were never suppose to get vaccines before March ..that is what the company scheduled Canada back in Nov. Canadians were upset with the Village Idiot so he did some finagling and got some vaccines out of schedule (at what cost?) so he could stand in the the House and announce, just before Christmas, he was our saviour and the vaccine was now in Canada. Took a bow.

However that backfired when they ran out and he couldn't get anymore out of sequence because the company had already scheduled the plant retrofit....NOT their problem ..that was planned into the original schedule.

That whole debacle lands on the Village Idiot...period.

    Flipside.
JT bet our future and well being on China. It works out spectacularly. Who gets the credit for looking brilliant? JT, Tam etc.

At it simplest, in war, while strange things can happen. When you win, despite the grunts winning the battles, it's the generals that get the credit, or when it goes south, fall on the sword.

Hindsight is 2020. And I think there are a few things where latitude can be granted, others less so. Example airports. Maybe she was just parroting the WHO and following following marching orders. And was told to suggest closing it could lead to stigmatism and xenophobia etc. Or Don't wear mask, yes wear mask. Well, that was a choice they made. Another that hasn't worked out.

At the end of the day, it is very much like a war. People are paying huge prices.
