It won't be "business as usual" much longer. All foreign travellers entering the U.S.A. by air will soon need to provide a negative COVID test taken within the previous 72 hours.

To reduce introduction and spread of new variants of SARS-CoV-2, CDC issued an Order effective January 26, 2021. It requires all air passengers arriving to the US from a foreign country to get tested for COVID-19 infection no more than 3 days before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight.
President Biden also wants a mandatory quarantine for foreign visitors and has asked the CDC for recommendations on how long it should be.

Last year the farms that hire them were responsible...they moment the put a foot on the ground were they worked the didn't leave. It was a pretty impressive operation..the farm even set up a store on site so they could buy their own amenities.
That particular group was not an issue. It's the Suits that have an over inflated sense of self worth that think they fly all over for 'work' .
