    We were given the spoonfull before we headed to school every morning..then you burped it up till noon..

    MP. I guess that I am old, as I also got a spoonful a day. I used it on fishing lures before attractant sprays were available.

    It amazes my that my Grand'ma used to give it daily to my Dad and his siblings back in the 30s. How did they know way back then, without all the science we have today, that it was and should be a corner stone supplement to your daily diet.

    Fish is high in Omega3 my mother was brought up eating a lot of fish, lobster and clams.
