StraLink anyone get the Beta Test

So not sure if many on here are aware of Starlink by SpaceX (Elon Musk). The beaming of internet. I have not been contacted for the Beta Test but if I do I will be coughing up the money as fast as I can. Results are coming in and it seems so far speeds of 50 - 200 mb/s. Considering I pay Bell 90 for 5 mbs I won't mind paying Starlink 133.00 Canadian. The setup is 800.00 Canadian.

Wondering if anyone on here was selected for the Beta Test or knows of anyone.

I saw that on TV ..it's going to revolutionise the internet service for anyone not living near a cable/fibre optic service. It sure will open up the communication corridor in Northern Canada.

And cheap really...there is a service provider here with a line of sight service that charges $800 just for the tower for the dish.

That’s the Beta price not the retail price. Expect to pay more. I agree though one your option is no internet or fast internet you find the coin.
