I know you're just kidding, but not on that one. That would be me not standing up for my Lord. That's not going to happen.
Anyhow, I know this is getting old for some of you ... but, just want to say ... it's important to me (and many others), and I don't think
it is right that they just throw these insulting jabs at us ... it's completely unnecessary ... look at the topic header ... don't know how Gil and fisher think it's okay to use that to insult Christians. Anyhow, I guess 'nuff said?

Lying, mocking, distorting ... about a 1,987 year old tradition for those against Christianity and long before that too... being prepared to give an answer for why you believe and having the other person care about the truth or evidence are often to other things. Turning the other cheek is something I laugh at actually, they want it when it for themselves or their agenda but not the other way around... we have to choose how to answer, where to answer even in some cases but the realization that many like the dark, hate any sign of the light and would do anything and believe anything to avoid changing what their priorities and way of life are. Say in Luke 6 when you look at it in context to get a better understanding ... note:
1) ... they are your enemy, reaching out to them with an answer and the hope may get you insulted or hit ( John 15:18+), in Matthew 7 we see some may even call themselves Christians
2) some say it eliminates self defence.... Jesus had them bring 2 swords to the garden, it was only when Peter struck first he was reprimanded. Jesus even made a comment about using clubs and swords against criminals and there seemed to be no issue with that... only that they were treating him like a criminal.
3) Usually a comeback is a waste of time, they don't care and are actually happy if there is insult felt... Proverbs 23:9, Proverbs 10: 21, 23
Remember the ones who are advocating the great reset think that in just over 9 years they can recreate the economy and world to a state where the people are nothing more than serfs on a seigneury owning nothing, no privacy and happy because they tell us to be.. reminding me of Revelations 13... for them saldy in chapter 14 comes their judgment. Jabs by them should amount to nothing more that a fool blowing through a straw trying to knock down a building.

If you are religious, and you know someone else is an atheist, and you show their beliefs no respect by saying to them, ' I will pray for you'. Then why shouldn't atheists be able to show the same amount of respect, to your beliefs by replying, ' don't bother, there is no god'. Seems fair.... I will repeat again, I do not care what supernatural deity you believe in . As long as is has no affect on my life , have at er. But anyone who worships a god who thinks having and beating slaves, Exodus 21: 20-21 is acceptable has no moral superiority over anyone.

Personally I just say thanks rather then insult people as I see no hard done. Some people generally are more inclined to be rude.

If standing up for your beliefs is rude then you’re saying that we have a lot of rude people on this site. Or does it only go one way? Some can stand up for their beliefs but others....

One could easily accuse you of being Tone Deaf FC...your incessant need to cause discord just makes look foolish.
(we'll go with definition #3: Tone deaf ..lacking emotional insight; insensitive or unsympathetic to others:

I just want the ability to defend my beliefs on here , that others seem to have. If my desire to defend my beliefs, as others do, causes 'discord', so be it. I did for a day GW, but then I realized that it just took away the ability to defend myself , and my beliefs from your unwarranted accusations. Oh by the way, i spent yesterday afternoon cleaning my guns, before you decide to go in that direction. lol.
