Thanks so it is used for trapping Marten. Looks like it has been there for a while

As long as it's still solid,it's still usable. A trapper may still be using it. It's not uncommon for them to leave them on the trap line,so,they don't have to truck them back in when the season starts up.

More likely a 110 or 120. A 220 is 20cm/8" opening. Too large for Marten.
