Should we send someone to jail for a stupid prank? Was anyone injured despite they could have been? Nope! The Judge got it right with a $2K fine,community service and probation. Soaping a car is a prank, egging a storefront is a prank........throwing a chair off a 20 floor condo down to the DVP & sidewalk below is not just a prank. This was definitely a case of criminal negligence. Throwing her in jail would at least get her off botox for a month or so

Totally agree with the OP, justice died that day.

At my work even when people have an accident or a near miss we treat the situation as if what we would do if someone actually did get hurt. Thats how actions are judged, not just by the outcome, but how if one aspect had changed, what the effect of the same action could have. pathetic. the partying just goes to show she just doesn't care.
