Well,after borrowing a machinist micrometer and removing my shotgun barrels, if bore inner diameter is measured at the front of the forcing cone and not at the muzzle as some claim,both my 12ga. guns are within the threshold (20mm). Evidently,after all these years,I find that I've been measuring barrels at the muzzle incorrectly. See,you really can teach old dogs new tricks.

Having roughly a difference of a million is about as close as anything will ever be when comparing these two countries with fundamental and profound differences. Murder rates are often done as a comparision to 100,000 people. That way countries can be compared on a level playing field, even states or municipalities can be compared.

Most don’t understand how to measure chokes either. Dropping a notched feeler gauge in the muzzle doesn’t tell you much. You need to mic the bore and then muzzle and compare the difference between the two. Not all gun manufacturers have identical bore sizes for a 12g.
