Switzerland, pop.8.2 million, Requires citizens to own guns

Maybe in Honduras they stab each other to death?
Canada has less gun death,s than Switzerland.

Honduras is not even in the top six countries for death by gun the top being Brazil,United States of America,Mexico,Colombia,Venezuela,

El Salvador had the highest gun rate death at 39.2 per 100,000. No mention of Honduras.

Well, after borrowing a machinist micrometer and removing my shotgun barrels, if bore inner diameter is measured at the front of the forcing cone and not at the muzzle as some claim, both my 12ga. guns are within the threshold (20mm). Evidently, after all these years,I find that I've been measuring barrels at the muzzle incorrectly. See,you really can teach old dogs new tricks.

What I can read is that they are not equal populations. Population numbers being what they are Switzerland has about 8.5 million and Honduras 9.5. Having roughly a difference of a million is about as close as anything will ever be when comparing these two countries with fundamental and profound differences. Murder rates are often done as a comparision to 100,000 people. That way countries can be compared on a level playing field, even states or municipalities can be compared.

If you have a valid argument use better compatibles.

That survey was from a couple of years ago when populations were close to equal equal!

As of 1 January 2020, the population of Honduras was estimated to be 8,624,028 people. This is an increase of 1.47 % (124,685 people) compared to population of 8,499,343 the year before.

. In 2018, the total population of Switzerland amounted to around 8.48 million people.

Is that close enough for you

Do you hunt in the US Trimmer?

The CBSA defines bore as from throat to muzzle. If you do, maybe your there today with your 12ga. Good chance your not getting back into Canada with it.

Borethe inside of the barrel of a firearm, from the throat to the muzzle, through which the projectile travels.

    https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publicat...-13-2-eng.html

and that is a perfect example of why people who know their subject matter proof things, before they get signed off on. Or made into law

They do not share a land border with the Wild West.

Funny thing Gilroy, New Zealand stopped Covid COLD. Could it be because preventing a virus from entering a small island is a lot easier when...........your a small Island.

Most don’t understand how to measure chokes either. Dropping a notched feeler gauge in the muzzle doesn’t tell you much. You need to mic the bore and then muzzle and compare the difference between the two. Not all gun manufacturers have identical bore sizes for a 12g.
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.
