It would certainly give the govt an out? Silly socks is on record saying they can't tell the police what to do, so pity the poor commander who gives the go ahead. It will give the libtards an out saying they had nothing to do with it.
As Rick says, think back to Ipperwash! The police aren't going to fart in the wrong direction for fear of being dragged thru the mud.

Report out today that CN is laying off 450 as a result.
Propane isn’t being delivered. It’s winter. Farmers out west can’t move crop. This on the heels of a wet fall, and CN strike. Just another kick in the nuts for westerners.
I’m sure many more are feeling it.
False equivalency seems to be the progressive rebuttal. “But Harper”, but Harris. Etc...
I am not remotely a fan of Ford or Trump. But like the Alberta “separation” situation. The left in this country/province needs serious doses of reality. Given “everything” on the whole, and taken within context of all the various things.
I’d vote for Trump in a heartbeat

Add to the western divide, Trudeau did not invite Sheer to discuss the blockades but invited all the other opposition. I don't think he realizes that he did not win the popular vote and that Sheer did.

Scheer is already on record wanting to send in the RCMP, remove the problem and lay charges. Trudeau said that the RCMP does not listen to the Federal Leadership. Trudeau is going to go at this with his velvet glove touch and hand out Billions, having someone who cares about the country as a whole in the same room would be counterproductive.
I agree with giving them all a few years in the crow bar motel and hitting them dollar for dollar in fines for losses.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

I hear it will cost 600 million for every year the project is delayed.
This is a big delay and its costing millions already. Over a million dollars a day in losses.
Then you have the natural delays when does a project ever come out on time.
Took them an extra 6 weeks to get the new round about opened up on lakerigde rd. It's still not done just open for now.

More fallout.
I wonder if this will spur the village idiots to act. Nothing like pissing off a key vote base.

"Sunny ways" Patience and dialogue will solve this, you remember like the budget will balance itself. If he doesn't soon take this seriously his dad won't be the only Trudeau to invoke the War Measures Act to regain some control.

Nothing can really be done except toss out another billion dollar's to move the line over [emoji23].
Give it another week see what happens. Maybe they will pay them off with more of our tax dollars [emoji106]
