It's all in the front of my face and forehead. I am sure it's just the common cold but it makes you think. How fast this stuff can spread. My two girls both work in London at the hospitals and my wife works st a old folks home.
If you get sick just stay home...
Agreed! Staying home is the best course of action. If everyone followed that simple philosophy the spread of viruses would drop significantly.

Sinus issues suck, I'd take a fat old hemorrhoid (not the one you marry) over sinus infections.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

Was at the hospital yesterday for a quick test ... not related to flu at all. Saw a Caucasian woman saying she was in Vietnam and had the flu, and was being monitored ... she was talking to someone at a check in desk. This lady listening to her, is on her chair about 3 feet from her desk and has got her head set WAY back ... you could tell she didn't want to be breathing anything out of her mouth. After about 10 minutes, the lady at the counter hands the sick lady a mask to wear ... I was like, you know your sick, why don't you cover yourself up a bit man ... like just walking around spreading your germs everywhere. At least wear a mask and be considerate!

In the world we live in the younger generation has been taught that personal comfort and appearance trumps the safety of others.

And that's how you get it done when bureaucracy is not in the way:

It can be hard to find good ones but when you do they are a pleasure to work with (eager to learn, succeed and hard worker).

    Wow that's quick.

Takes about the same time here to fix a pot hole in the road lol. [emoji1787][emoji1787].

Or bolt on a drain cover the neighbors keep driving over and moving it with their vehicle . After 2 calls and 3 days it was unsafe we had to cover it back up lol. We have pushed it on several times. One of these these day they will need a tow out when they drive right into it lol.

Apparently it wont be long till it gets out of control in Canada. It has spread to far to contain and Canadians are urged to be prepared for a possible pandemic.

With a mortality rate of just over 3% it's considered acceptable losses, not worth impacting travel and trade for 3%.

I have to back off a bit from my earlier position in this thread. This DOES have the potential to be a global disaster, but not because of the actual sickness part of it. The global economy is going to be seriously impacted by the media hype over this.

Meanwhile, over 100 children have died from influenza in the US this season.

You don't see the "deadly flu virus" being reportedly to even a fraction of the extent the coronavirus is.
