farm land rent?

Hey all,
just wondering if anyone knows how much you could possibly charge per acre for farm land to let someone use it. i did a quick google search says about 150-225 bucks, anyone have any input on this?

I know of a farmer that rents the land in his surrounding area, and it runs him just about what you said, 150-225 per acre for farming...A lot of it depends on the quality of the soil and who he is renting the land off of....

Land around here can go as high as $500.00.
