opinions on new sarolaner tick pill?

Our vet has put our lab on sarolaner (Simparica) to kill ticks. Monogram indicates that the monthly pill kills all species, including black-legged and lone star. Did a quick check on line and didn't see anything negative like the Bravecto petitions. He's now on this, as well as his monthly revolution. Any comments on the use of this new "tickacide"?

Not familiar with that one but will email my vet and find out any reviews that have been done on it.
