This Castro thing has only come up when JT's half brother wrote about it himself in a suicide note. Pretty sure he had nothing to gain at that point.

His ear, face shape and if you really look even his nose are Fidel like that is for sure, only in the last picture does the angle allow for any incongruity.

As for his competence over and over and over he clearly is incapable of an honest answer ..... and his peanut gallery has shown itself as complicit or incompetent and in some cases I would say criminal....
