Sadly, she's not done yet.
During the last election she admitted in the debate that cancelling the gas plants was a political decision. And the GTA handed her a majority government.
This election is the PC's to lose, but so was the last one.

Very surprised but glad they found him guilty.
I heard an analogy on the radio this morning which I found funny about the Liberal spin on this. Having the Liberal party say McGuinty was responsible for all of this and trying to absolve Wynne/government of any fault is like a new mafia Don saying that any hits his group did before he took power wasn't their fault.
