    Cool Historic Mouse traps

I remember there was a thread for mouse traps awhile go but I couldn't find it. I was looking up some historical stuff and as usual my attention span sent me off in a new direction..... historic mouse traps! Some of these look easy to make and I see variants of and they show them in use so I thought I would pass it on. The Mascalls Mill one at the cottage or in the barn would be useful as it catches more and with a bit of variation could probably get rats too (larger bucket, longer paddles... the trick would be long enough for rats and light enough to still get mice)
