Same with my 2017 Chev Silverado. If a few cents per liter really makes that much of a difference for someone, they need to buy a bicycle.

But you are correct, we don't need to drive the level of vehicles we do.
Also that 60 hp. Honda would have a very hard time pulling a trailer loaded with 2 full cords of wood, a 22 ft. boat , a moose plus me, my buddy and all our gear from hunting, my dog and I plus decoys, or as my wife and daughter do when they go to hunt tests , 2 to 4 labs. plus all their gear.
We like our Chevys' here, pick ups that is .

My biggest question still is , How can we convince the know it all politicians that this ethanol is energy negative , is not doing the engines any good, all the corn grown to produce it is taking too many nutrients out of the soil, the corn is taking land out of production for food crops and the majority of the populace , will be getting their food from [horrors] China , terrible thought.

Step 1 - vote in a politician that actually gives a care.

That's the problem, too many people vote in the politicians that throw away our tax dollars to the gimme people , gimme this and gimme that , I'm referring to the present $%#@^&$ lieberals who only benefit themselves Provincially and Federally.
The Lieberals only care about themselves, not the honest hard working taxpayer!

My answer is Vote Libertarian in 2018. We will end the subsidies, remove the Carbon Tax and reduce the government.

Not sure if I am allowed to post this, this party is the fastest growing political party in Canada and Ontario. People are waking up to fact that government is not here to protect you. It exists under the guise of help, but is continually finding new ways to extract more and revenues from you. Those new revenues are used to waste more money.

We are running a full slate and we at 82% (Dec 7th) of candidate selection in ridings with approved Elections Ontario candidates. We expect to have the full roster in place by Jan 2018 for June 2018 election.

If you want your property rights back, if you want more freedoms, less taxation, NO corporate taxes, reduction of 288,000 government regulations on business, personal life, reduced to make you free and a free market environment. We will eliminate, OEB, OMB, MPAC, restrict Conservation Authorities from access your private property unless with court approval.

Then vote Libertarian, if you want more of the same policies, restrictions, further erosion of your rights..then vote for the big 3.

We probably put enough food in landfills to feed all those in need, which is very wrong. Man has always been about power over others. Doesn't really seem to be changing.
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.
