Does you pneumatic nail gun have a barrel and shoot a projectile? I believe nail guns push with a rod a nail into the wood, not barrelled.

Oh my....I lost brain cells reading this thread.
1. Standup, maybe you should sit back and breathe. You're treating this forum like your own personal soap box every time you have a grievance against someone or something. ( Ex wife, Police officer, someone who you think is a biker). Breathe....think before posting.
2. The definition of firearm under the firearms act is a different animal than under the Criminal Code. This was done so that individuals committing crimes with pellet guns, airsoft markers, paintball guns, etc could face a harsher penalty. The CC definition is only triggered when an offense occurs. Much like holding a hammer while having an argument is not on offence, but if you assault the person with it, it becomes assault with a weapon.
"Camo" is perfectly acceptable as a favorite colour.
