Here's a piece of property I found posted on Facebook just in case anyone would like to relocate to Wyoming. It would be perfect to set up an outfitter business. www.rockspringshouse.com

Beautiful place ! but it would be very expensive to live there.
Looking at the video, and looking it up on " google earth " , I could not see any arable land to grow your basic food crops/vegetables or any fruit trees.
In that case every thing other than meat from game, all your food would have to be purchased and brought in from the nearest town / village - Hyattville , on a road that often times in the winter is not passable. Veggies and such can only be stored for so long , then another trip into village to resupply., then again , that village may not have what you want and it's a long trip to Cody Wyoming, which is 73 miles as the crow flies, much farther by actual road.
Hyattville to Sheridan is only 48 miles as the crow flies, but over roads it is on the east side and over the Big Horn Mountains, which time wise would take longer.
Another thing to think about is your health and medical needs should an injury arise, too far from medical attention and there goes everything.
Again , a beautiful place , the price is right by our Canadian standards on land , but!

With all the stuff the man and his wife have built over the years,it's very easy to see they're people of very substantial means to begin with. It would cost a small fortune just to live there.

    This seems odd

"There is deeded access to the land, a permanent access to the property owner through Wyoming state land that cannot be revoked so long as you pay the annual fee of $150."

So you have deeded access, you do not own it? What is that $150 a year fee paying for? It looks like you have to pay $150 a year to cross over the state land to get to the land you have deeded access to and if you do not pay or the rules change then you are cut out.

Just like the ad says, simply use your small aircraft or helicopter for transportation rather than pay the BLM fee or risk driving the road.
