Actually it's the Liberals who are killing the bats.

Yes of course there is climate change happening. It's a process that has always happened on this planet. Dinosaurs and reptiles ruled the earth during one period and then were wiped out with colder periods. Then you had ice ages and interestingly they ended too and warmer periods returned. Man had no impact on this yet these temperature swings occurred naturally. So for the chicken little hypocrites and public teat barnacles to claim man is causing imminent doom is well.....self serving Bullsheet. Yes of course we have an impact and should reverse our trends of polluting our planet. But for imbeciles like Trudough to fly over 300 friends to Paris and spew more jet plane emissions and then "announce" he will reduce global temperatures by 2 degrees is beyond laughable, it's troubling. Until the shiny pony can control the planet and the moon and the sun's orbits then it's all in bigger hands regardless of what Trudough thinks of himself.
Carbon taxes have proved to not reduce emissions. Any reductions are from the economies shrinking due to excessive taxation. Wynne and Trudough are on an ideological path that will seriously hurt the middle class through inflation and job losses. Best prepare for very hard times ahead now that the USA is rejecting the climate change hysteria. Wynne and Trudough will position us at such a competitive disadvantage that we will have to return to producers of natural resources only which ironically the left look down on.

Bats are being killed in Ontario at the rate of 18.5 per turbine, resulting in an estimated 42,656 bat fatalities in Ontario between May 1 and October 31, 2015, according to the report released by Bird Studies Canada, a bird conservation organization.

Ontario's Ministry of Natural Resources has set 10 bat deaths per turbine as the threshold at which the mortalities are considered significant and warrant action.

    ...
Birds are taking less of a hit from wind turbines, according to the report, with an estimated 14,144 non-raptors killed by wind turbines and 462 raptor fatalities between May 1 and October 31 in 2015.

Math time, sorry to confuse lefties, each windmill killing ESTIMATED 18.5 bats times JUST 2,000 thousand of new windmills.... and we are talking 37,100 bats... so 42,656+37,100 = 79,756.

    Using http://www.windontario.ca/
Ontario is building 7700 Wind Turbines. (as of August 2015)
    7700 * 18.5 = 142,450

I wouldn't believe turbines are a problem.....Until i saw one close up! These things are mammoth.....Song bird migrations have to be impacted by turbines as well....

The original topic was regarding weather....let's keep it on topic.

Regarding weather - talks of first decent winter storm for S. Ontario later next week. Still early but if it holds it could be interesting. Could bomb out and be strong winds and rain or maybe even snow. Just need the cold temps to descend into the area so we can get the snow flying and the lakes freezing.
