Made in Canada. Making the effort?
Making the effort to buy items MADE IN Canada? Actually made in Canada, not just like so many fake ones that everything is just made in China and they claim to be a Canadian company.

I was debating between the two and just ordered from trulocal (better selection and was mentioned in a podcast I listened too)
https://www.butcherbox.com/
or
https://trulocal.ca/ Using the code "MP" (Mikhaila Peterson) and if it hasn't expired you might get an extra steak.
 Mushrooms. A new slow paced hobby I guess you could call it, it works good for cooking (I've ordered from both and got good flushes and fresh is better than store!), Lions mane is good cooked with meat and it and other types are supposed to have some medicinal benefits too

Wine, Pelee Island
Cider and Beer - Lost Craft,Revival and Dragon Gold cider, Nickle Brook
Ontario Sake - Izumi Genshu Junmai Sake
and to go with hot drinks - Laura Secord Chocolate Cream Liquor
P.S.
truLocal warning, just got the box, everything looks great, but as a warning, they put a plastic bag with some dry ice in the box to make sure it is cold, do not stand there like some idiot (me) holding it like you would a fish fillet while looking in the box... you will suddenly feel your fingers burning (that cold!) I didn't read what it was, too busy looking, make sure to CHECK what you are holding onto, no damage but bugger that stung and it is still tender!
Quality and size look excellent though!
