Steven Welch of Brighton harvested this tom on a farm in Keene at 6:50 a.m. on the opening morning of the 2015 spring turkey season. The turkey weighed in at 25.5 lbs, it had a 10-inch beard, and one-inch spurs. “He came in with four other mature Toms and 16 hens.
