looked at the first page of the Toronto star in the taxi today, over 55% of voters would vote Liberal today instead of the 39% on election day.

yup. Time to put his big boy pants on. Being PM isn't always about selfies with fawning sycophants. He's going to sit at the G20 with seasoned world leaders with experience.
