The ideological rot has corrupted our universities (which were created by the Catholic Church during the height of Christendom, by the way) and they have abandoned the pursuit of truth, excellence and the cultivation of virtue.
Corporations pretend to care and people pretend to care that they care — pandering to the lowest hanging fruit in the victimology hierarchy. This creates a mockery of any actual legitimate victims by reducing everything to some cheap sloganeering for profit.
Empty slogans like ‘diversity’” are meaningless. Diversity isn’t a bad thing, but it’s only good if the people who make up that diverse group are good. A racially diverse criminal gang isn’t better than an all black church choir, for example.
Instead of “diversity” why don’t we ever talk about decency as a stand alone virtue?
The people who just shrug and say “oh well now the shoe is on the other foot and you just don’t like it” completely miss the point and are so far out of the loop on this issue it’s actually sad. It’s just a matter of time until a ravenous mob comes for your head for some perceived slight or slip up of new woke rules you didn’t even know existed.
