The mid west, rust belt,working class voted for trump.Imagine you were just a regular hard working person in any of these areas, that like rural Ontarians are ignored in favour of the GTA/Ontario and are ignored, oppressed, no voice in Washington.

Have you looked at our map of Ontario you will find it is the exact opposite... lieberal red areas in a sea of Tory blue, shows you just the opposite. The Reds have 10% of provincial map (or less) but have majority. It happened slowly over the last 13 years when the changed the electoral districts and nobody noticed..including me until last year. For the 2018 election it has changed again, that is why in my riding Lisa McLeod (C) has to sign up new members when she has traditionally been the candidate. (BTW she will be my competitor in 2018, I should be announcing soon once I receive permission from the Public Service Commission) I look forward to the race.

Glad you brougght up Katrina. The Liberal left let people die in Katrina aftermath rather than ask the Republican POTUS / the fed for help because they didn't want him to look favorable as a Commander in Chief. Think how obama looked better after Sandy destruction.

Then after the libs left people to die in the liberal led State of Louisiana and New Orleans after Katrina and before the South can recover, along comes obama and he takes revenge on the South( who refused to vote for him)and he killed 86,000 jobs along the Gulf Coast with the stroke of a pen, ordering a moratorium on off shore drilling after the BP fiasco further weakening the economy there.

Liberals are only for themselves. The proof is everywhere in North America. The US Electoral College forces candidates to spend campaign time and money in ALL of America, not just in the population centers where all the rest of the voters would be ignored........, cue Canada.
