Guess I can't complain, mine never gets above $100 a month, no kids.
I am looking for a 10kv diesel generator. With $0.90 / litre diesel, I can produce power cheaper than I can buy it from the liberals.
I am considering the same approach but fortunately I have natural gas so that is my go to option.Quote:

South situated home, with a stream if possible, swamp land or duck pond.
Land located in township that is not incorporated or little tax base.
The perfect idea if you are designed around off the grid and not looking to sell at any point, without a hydro hookup selling your house will be almost impossible, you will need to find that exact right person.Quote:
