Our legal system.... ok, broken, fubar???? Eaton Centre killer - parole in 16 mths???

Reading these two stories this morning while waiting for the coffee .... (black rifle has a black friday on :-) ) thoughts?

This one in London in the UK but seems similar in their treatment of the criminal/terrorist....

At the time of his sentencing, the judge warned that he was a "serious jihadist" who should not be released while he remained a threat to the public.



Three brave people ganged up on the terrorist, one with a fire extinguisher and one bare handed and one with a narwhal tusk..... yep... a narwhal whale tusk! Seems there are still some in the UK with a back bone!

Our Legal System ?? is a big joke because of our candy azz prime minister and judges!

If the Crown doesn't appeal this ruling,we may assume the political "fix" was in. The poor little black gang banger gets a virtual slap on the wrist for two murders and a wounding of an innocent bystander who has suffered permanent,life-altering injuries using an illegal handgun while being prohibited from possessing.He should have been marched to gallows and dropped 6'. Liberalism and political correctness on a level,so far,never seen in Canada has this country thoroughly facked. :whacked:

With time served it's only 10 months, but that's eligible for parole. It'll never happen. He'll be in there for at least 10 years, maybe 20 before he'll get out if he lasts long in there.

Definitely things need to change I have said it for years.
As one that knew how to beat it I can say it was way to easy. Things have changed in the last 20 years but not by much.

As a teen i could do what i wanted and the police or my probation officer could do nothing to stop it.
When your probation officer says you're going to jail it should mean your going to jail. I out beat her never talked to her for almost a year
She never understood how I didnt do time. Was over a committee service. 40 hours she gave me a position I never went. Time to do them she gave me another position I went the first day. But luck would have it was just not feasible to do. 3 hours of travel for 2 hours of time. I said I want the time it takes me to get there and back part of the time. She refused said I was given enough chances. I then called her every word in the book including the c world I still love that word lol. She knew I had courts in a few days and said I would be locked away for breach and the kind words I said.
Again my lawyer wasn't there but I had ways and also I had money . So I did what I always did when I was in a pinch I paid a high end lawyer cash for 5 minutes of his time. I told him what was up and I needed 40 hours of community service. I told his to the tell them I would double that in to 80 hours in 30 days. Deal was made I quite my job and did my 80 hrs working full time for a few weeks. Done deal
Story # 2
My lawyer was out town he told me to use the duty counselor as my lawyer for the day. The court day came he said I was going to jail no ifs and or buts about if with my record. I told him my lawyer said I was good case will be dismissed he laughed at me said my lawyer was a joke. I told him with many fine words about how I felt towards him and called him many of bad names. He laughed as i walked out the door says have a great day. Again money rules all paid another lawyer cash for 5 minutes of time.. again I walked freely out with a next court date .

I payed my lawyer extra plenty of times for me not to go to court some days. You know when you have a job you cant take off days every week to go to court. So it was extra cost for me not to show my face.

One last one of many stories
I had turned myself in called my mom I had just turned 18 got my mom to pull my bail as I didn't want her to pay anymore for my screwed up life. I had given her some time and dropped myself off at the police station. A little while later they told me my bail was pulled and I would be facing severe time I had many bails so just 3 of them resulted in a 90 auto day sentence plus the convictions I turned myself in for. So it's time for the courts I'm sitting in jail and I got lucky because I was in the same place I was when I was just 17 yes 17 in an adult prison. When I was 17 I was taken there and had not had any contact with my family they knew nothing for 3 days. Well I guess because I was not supposed to be there I had some respectful people help me . They kicked a guy off the phone for me to make a call. So when I went back I already had connections.
So here is how I beat it I could of gotten my father to bail me out but why would i call him for help when we have not spoken in years. I was a big boy and could deal with my own problems. Spent 30 days in jail to next court date and they still saying i still need another 30 just for my breech. Ok no problem set it back to court in 15 days that would cover the 30 they want. Dead time every day in jail counted as 2 before a conviction. So i went back 15 days later 45 days days in counted as my 90. So now they still want a minimum of 90 days for my sentences. That's only if I plead guilty to lesser charges. Well how do I get out of here now .?? I asked my lawyer what and I can get out he said if I had a job I could be released to do weekends maximum of 90 days. So what did I do??? As a hard working person it was never hard to find a job . Jobs are readily available if your a hard worker . Having to work since I was 14 the jobs came easy. I told my lawyer to make a court date for the next day I will be in the morning to make a deal. Get back to jail make a call and within a hr I had a paper signed saying I had a job . Went back the next day plead guilty and walked off to some weekends. I was a free bird again. I think I was supposed to do a year but 45 days and some weekends is all that i had done.

Judge me for who I am today not what I was as a kid.
I respect everyone for what they have done good or evil. I help out and support the less fortunate. I hold open doors for anyone walking behind me .
I pay forward and donate to all the charities that the stores offer. I have payed for coffees for the guy behind me in the drive thru. I give money to the homeless when I am near broke.

What I was as a kid is not who I am today .
You can also judge me for what I have done that choice is yours and people change. I made a promise to my probation officer when I was 21 that I will be good and I will hold that promise.



In the end we do need to make changes as this current system is still easy to beat and get around.

I am fully aware that they need to be stronger in the justice system.

It is corrupt and racist system. The blacks get the max the whites do the middle to bottom the indigenous people get the minimum plus extra benefits??

We are all the same we have the same interests for all races. Either good bad or evil we have the groups that will separate from the rest. In the end it's a part of life we must expect.

I talk to the homeless I talk to every race out their even if it's hard to understand the language barrier. We are all human and most of the time we have issues that put people in the position they are in . It still doesn't mean we or they should do any less time for the things that has happened .
It is no excuse some times life is rough and a person is going to have to deal with it.

Sorry for the long post and remember you have the right to say I am scum. I wont judge you it's your right and your opinion. I did my time just because I'm smart and white is the only reason I did less then I was supposed to.

Probably seen more deaths before I was 20 then most in their 50s and 60. Unless you work the front lines. That is just a daily routine that they must expect as part of their job.


I just wanted to let you know how I used the corrupt system to stay out.
My lawyer was glad and proud to talk when I called for advice a few years ago about a traffic accident I was in. We had a good chat about how things have changed for the better.

Your drop is TOO long, and don't forget to prestretch your rope. Hemp rope, two inch Diameter, a leather cover softened with laird and the stitches on the outside.

Normal Diameter rope is 3/4". Why do you think I said use a 2" rope. And PIG Lard to be specific.

Hangings will never happen lol. They should do something tho for some. The death sentence is slowly disappearing in the USA.

The 3 strike rule is too much and has ruined many lifes over a dime bag a weed.


But they could improve the three strike path?? Start a new trend
