The original clear gorilla glue. Has anyone seen it turn white. I'm not talking bout the version that is white. I mean the clear. It was clear. When it dried it got a bit of water on it and went white. Will it let go?

The original gorilla glue is a urethane based glue which will stick to almost anything except some plastics but requires moisture to harden. I don't believe it was designed for underwater use, but it was waterproof.
There are/were various stages of "waterproof" in glues and caulkings. Just as there is outdoor and marine grade plywood. Similarly there are about four grades of pressure treated lumber, some for underground and others just for outdoor use.
