Involuntary Genetic Testing is Criminal Says Supreme Court of Canada

Is a PCR Test REALY Genetic Testing? Yes, it seems to be. It fits the legal definition.

• DEFINITION Genetic Non‑Discrimination Act: genetic test means a test that analyzes DNA, RNA or chromosomes for purposes such as the prediction of disease or vertical transmission risks, or monitoring, diagnosis or prognosis.
• DEFINITION Canada Labour Code: genetic test, in relation to an employee, means a test that analyzes the employee’s DNA, RNA or chromosomes for purposes such as the prediction of disease or vertical transmission risks, or monitoring, diagnosis or prognosis.

If yes, then anyone, including an employer, who requires you to be PCR tested faces criminal sanction.

and Any employer who “punishes” you for refusing, or not disclosing PCR test results, faces criminal sanction.

No lawyer but I beleive its dealing with testing the persons DNA and such for disease potential.. Not the contagion itself.

By definition it is criminal to force someone in taking the PCR test.

Yes its a genetic test but not a genetic test of the person. You can not genetically test the person maybe why there isn't a call for testing individuals for immunity. Testing for the virus isn't what the provision covers.
As far as I understand, however it does make a good headline to push an agenda though.

They aren't "forcing" you. Trudeau has cleverly stated over and over again that the vax (or testing for that matter) isn't mandatory. It is totally voluntary!
But if you voluntarily choose not to get genetically modified by the Clot Shot, then you 'voluntarily' choose not to participate in society.
See - this is how they get around the "letter of the law".
You don't want to be tested? Then you don't want to work/travel/fly/etc.
I agree though that all this government coerced was planned from the start. Trudeau said early on that "we won't go back to normal until we get a vaccine."
