Nicholls didn't have to answer the question about his vaccination status. He chose to do that of his own accord. The outcome would have been the same but any decision to reveal personal medical information was his and his alone.
That is correct. People need to be informed of their human rights as government is purposely and deliberately trampling all over them at this time.

I'm not talking about the vaccine either, and his decision here.
