Q: Is it legal to shoot grouse or other birds with rimfire .22 birdshot, and, if not, what is the .22 rimfire birdshot used for?

A: Yes, this ammunition may be used to hunt grouse and other small game species, with the exception of pheasants, wild turkey, and migratory birds.
